To help families and guardians receive timely, accurate support, District 186 has established communication pathways that identify the appropriate person to contact based on the question or concern.
We ask families to follow the pathway in the order provided, beginning with the first point of contact.
If your concern has not been resolved or you have additional questions, you may then move to the next person in the pathway for further support.
Following these pathways helps ensure questions are addressed at the appropriate level, allows staff to respond efficiently, and helps connect families with the person best equipped to assist.
